Items must be unused, in original packaging, with the receipt or order number. Used, installed or damaged items cannot be returned. If you receive a wrong or defective item, contact us on WhatsApp +971565533114 within 48 hours and we will replace it at no cost. Refunds are made to the original payment method, or in cash for Cash on Delivery orders, within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the item.
